Electricity
For all monthly rates, add $0.19/kWh.
If reserved for a month but depart early, you will be charged actual electricity used. If reserved under 3 months, a $100 electrical deposit is required.

Discounts
- Passport America: 50% off 3 days only (once every 6 months, not valid Nov–Apr or holidays)
- Good Sam & Military: 10% off (not valid weekly/monthly, or Nov–Apr)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing or email. No refunds once on site.
5–6 Month Guests
- Cancel 60+ days prior: full refund minus $40 fee
- Cancel less than 60 days: deposit forfeited
- Early departure: pro-rated rate + deposit forfeited
Short-Term Guests (Under 5 Months)
- Cancel 60+ days prior: full refund minus $40 fee
- Cancel 30–59 days: 50% refund minus $40 fee
- Cancel under 30 days: deposit forfeited
Late arrival or early departure does not change your financial obligation.
